- An upper dental splint with 2 front hooks
- A lower dental splint with 2 hooks at the back

Anti-snoring and sleep apnea orthosis use
Our mandibular advancement orthosis has been designed to mold optimally to your teeth.
It's simple: the Somnofit orthosis consists of two dental splints (an upper and a lower splint) which must be shaped to match your teeth.
To do this, you'll need a pan in which to heat water, using the thermometer included with your SOMNOFIT brace. Once the ideal temperature has been reached, immerse the upper splint in the water for 3 minutes to soften it. Then remove it, place it in your mouth and clench your teeth. Follow the same process for the lower tray. After shaping the two trays, connect them using the elastic band to adjust the advancement of the lower jaw. Now you can use Somnofit dental braces every night before bed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

When is SOMNOFIT not recommended?
- If you wear a removable denture or partial denture that doesn't fit firmly in your mouth.
- If you have jaw joint pain.
- If your teeth are loose or unstable, or if you have fewer than 10 teeth in your upper or lower jaw.
- If you are under 18 years of age.
How do I clean and maintain the anti-snoring brace?
For regular maintenance, simply immerse the brace in lukewarm water (around 35°) with a denture disinfectant tablet for at least thirty minutes. You can also leave the brace in this solution all day long. Don't forget to rinse it well under running water before putting it back in your mouth.
